Appointment Policy: All clients are welcome at anytime during regular office hours. However, to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointments. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client and patient on time. Our regular office hours are as follows:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
Sundays and Holidays we are closed.
Restraint Policy: Even though we make special effort to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease during visits to our hospital, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. This is why we ask you to restrain your pet for the comfort of all. We recommend that pets be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks
